Few positive events makes an otherwise tiring day enjoyable.

Well, at least for today.

In school, I had a double-period math lesson with my form class 2 Grace, and they were really angels today! It doesn’t matter whether it was the class participation points or other factors that motivated them to volunteer themselves to present answers on the board. The sight of seeing so many students in a class raising their hands wanting to answer the questions is just so wonderful. If everyone displays such positive attitude towards all the lessons, they will definitely do superbly well for all the assignments and exams! Way to go, girls!

Ahh, and during recess, some girls in 2J and 2L were having a birthday celebration, and Joey gave me a small piece of cake in the canteen. Thanks, and happy birthday to the birthday (or birth-month) girls!

After school, it was 2 Unity’s turn to celebrate the birthdays of Grace, Natalie and Daphne. Well, thanks for the invitation! But no thanks for those paparazzi shots (u know what i mean.. )

Next thing that I was pretty happy about today.. was that I managed to go for my 10km run in the evening! Maybe due to lack of sleep, I felt a little breathless after the 2km mark. But somehow, I managed to keep my pace below 6 min/km.. and guess what? A new personal best for me! My timing for the 10km this time round is about 1 min 30 sec off my previous PB..
