A Morning in SBG
SBG stands for Singapore Botanic Gardens. The last time I’ve been to SBG was with 3 Grace PHS in March. This morning, I went there again. And upon stepping into the gardens, I got reminded of the time I had with 3G during the learning journey trip. Trish’s shoutings, Shuhui’s necessary pose next to the human-formed word "GRACE", Shah and Irvin’s loving shot, etc. It was fun, wasn’t it?
Anyway, I went in search for tiny creatures again. This time round, I’ve gotten more variety of shots than in AMK garden. This post is gonna be image-intensive, so be prepared to allow some time to load the pictures.
This picture of a spider eating an ant was my first reward of the trip. Spotted it on the petal of a flower.
This bug is really tiny. But what I like about it is its juicy hind leg.
Woah.. Spider! This spider is called Saint Andrew’s Cross, probably because of the way it pairs up its legs. This type of spiders is non-aggressive and its bite is non-toxic to humans.
A closer look at the Saint Andrew’s Cross spider.

Ok, I admit I’ve a fetish for damselfly close-ups. But, don’t you think they are really attractive insects?
This one looks bald.

Pink dragonfly! (Trithemis aurora)

Learnt that the name of this dragonfly is called Blue Dasher (Pachydiplax longipennis).
Red one. (Neurothemis fulvia)

Haha I like this one. It just brushed its teeth.

Well, let me end this entry with a picture of a water lily. Hope the pictures were enjoyable!
